Refund Policy

At PetZen, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable period after the product is delivered. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging in order to be eligible for a return or refund. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse or normal wear may not be eligible.

Refunds are not available for items that are damaged due to improper use, accidental damage or issues caused by factors outside of our control. Certain products may also be non-refundable for hygiene or safety reasons, where applicable.

Once a return is approved, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. PetZen reserves the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet the conditions described above.
